Technology Foundation & Commercial Maturity
Every core technology integrated into Carbotura’s modular factories possesses an established commercial track record in other industries. Carbotura's innovation lies not in a single novel technology, but in the creation of a proprietary manufacturing system that seamlessly integrates 35 modular technologies into a highly efficient, sequenced, and AI-controlled workflow.
Why This Matters
This strategic approach provides significant advantages. For investors, it means backing a proven integration strategy, not a speculative science experiment. Government partners can engage with a mature and reliable foundation, rather than unproven R&D. For regulators, it entails familiar and well-characterized industrial processes, simplifying oversight and adoption.

Chapter 3
The Four Protocols
Core Process: The Four Carbotura Protocols
The Carbotura Protocols are the proprietary integrated system that, together with the Circular Advantage program, achieves Total Material Conversion. Four distinct Protocols operate in sequence, supported by the RevCon™ Valorization Ladder, EcoGraph™ material systems, and the Atmospheric Protection System—35 modular technologies in precise orchestration.
The primary function of the Regenesis Protocol is molecular-level feedstock disintegration through Microwave Catalytic Reforming in an anoxic (no oxygen) environment using electromagnetic energy—not thermal combustion. The system is designed to operate without combustion or oxidation.
Pregenesis — Feedstock Preparation
Incoming manufacturing feedstock delivered by Feedstock Haulers is shredded, metals separated magnetically, and liquids extracted (Liquifact). Prepared feedstock flows directly into the Regenesis system as the standard operating mode.

Standardized Manufacturing Units (SMUs)—densified, wrapped, and palletized blocks—are produced only as a buffer storage option when operational conditions require it. Direct feed is always the primary pathway.
Regenesis — Feedstock Disintegration
Prepared feedstock enters the Recyclotron Multiphase Microwave Reactor, where Microwave Catalytic Reforming at 650°C+ in an anoxic environment breaks material to its molecular level and is designed to operate without combustion or oxidation.
Temperature
Ambient to 3,000°C in fine increments
Frequency
Selects materials via resonant frequency or weak bond targeting
Phase Adjustment
Combined with frequency and power for agile targeting
Power Modulation
Progressive approach for select recovery and carbonization
Atmosphere
Vacuum and argon for different stages
Extraction
Up to 16 material streams in a single pass; post-processed sorting of carbon, metals, silica
Regenesis MAX — Materials Refining
Molecular outputs from Regenesis are refined through multiple advanced processes, transforming raw molecular outputs into high-value manufactured materials entering the RevCon™ Valorization Ladder.
1
Carbon Activation
1,800°C processing
2
Graphitization
3,000°C processing
3
Cracking & Separation

4
Purification
Metals, rare earths, glass, water
Exogenesis — Urban Mining
Exogenesis extracts valuable materials from legacy deposits—coal ash ponds, mining tailings, contaminated soils, closed landfill material—and converts historical liabilities into manufacturing feedstock that enters Pregenesis as the first step of the standard Protocol sequence.

Exogenesis operates as a precursor protocol to Pregenesis for legacy feedstock deposits, turning environmental burdens into economic opportunities.

Financial Model
The Circular Advantage Program — Financial Model
The Circular Offtake Agreement is the 30-year contractual instrument at the center of the Circular Advantage program, containing two core financial components:
TMC Fee
The fee paid by feedstock suppliers for Total Material Conversion services. Competitive with or below current disposal costs in most markets. $75–$150 per ton, determined by location.
Circular Royalty™
Recurring royalty Carbotura pays back to feedstock suppliers, beginning 13 months after feedstock delivery. Derived from the value of manufactured materials produced from the supplier's feedstock. The 13-month lag reflects processing through all four Protocols, manufacturing into RevCon-graded materials, and sale into commercial markets. Not a rebate, discount, dividend, or guaranteed return.
Additional terms: Take-or-pay structures, optional 20% community equity participation, annual escalation provisions, and renewal options.
This material contains forward-looking statements based on current expectations, estimates, and projections. Actual results may differ materially. All financial projections are based on RevCon 3 baseline assumptions. Carbotura makes no guarantee of specific financial returns.
