Selection Matrix
Use this selection matrix to compare and choose the best options that fit your needs by selecting between two Waste Supply Agreements (WSA)
Step 1: Select Your Waste Supply Agreement (WSA)
1. Standard Waste Supply Agreement (WSA)
  • Guaranteed Committed Tonnage: Minimum of 400 tons of municipal solid waste (MSW) per day.
  • Centralized Regenesis Facility: Your community will deliver waste to a central Carbotura Regenesis facility for processing.
  • Pregenesis Fee: $75-$150 per ton*, subject to a 2.5% annual increase for inflation. 1st month payment due at signing of contracts.
  • Contract Term: 30 years, with an early termination clause available under specified terms.
  • Capacity for Growth: Option to expand committed tonnage if your community's waste generation grows.
  • Carbotura Investment: Complete funding of construction, equipment, and logistics managed by Carbotura.
2. Regional Waste Supply Agreement (Regional WSA)
  • Multi-Community Approach: Ideal for smaller communities generating less than 400 TPD of MSW.
  • Remote Pregenesis Systems: Waste is processed locally into Stabilized Manufacturing Units (SMUs) before being transferred to a central Regenesis facility.
  • Zero Capital Investment: Carbotura provides full investment for facilities, remote systems, logistics, and maintenance.
  • Community Collaboration: Requires aggregation of waste streams from multiple communities within an economic radius.
  • Pregenesis Fee: $85-$175 per ton*, with the first month's fee as a security deposit. No other financial obligations.
